By booking services with Sparkling Sty’s Cleaning Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service Scope

Services provided are limited to those selected and agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional services requested during the appointment may result in additional charges.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If access is unavailable upon arrival, a lockout fee may be charged.

Safety

Our cleaning professionals reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond the scope of standard cleaning services.

Pets

For the safety of our team and your pets, aggressive animals must be secured during service appointments.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge late fees on unpaid balances.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with an area cleaned, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

Limitation of Liability

Sparkling Sty’s Cleaning Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, or items not disclosed as fragile prior to service.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety concerns, harassment, inappropriate conduct, or unsafe working conditions.
