Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
• Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late for appointments may be required to reschedule.
